Professional Athlete Off Season Training:

JLT’s Pro Athlete off-season program is designed to help our athletes prepare for an upcoming, Training Camp with their team organization, Open Try-out or team workout, and the regular playing season. The program includes JLT’s four foundational pillars; Speed, Strength, Nutrition, and Recovery. We specialize in creating training protocols that include pre-workout muscle activation, vision/awareness, and full speed and strength training workouts.

NFL Combine Training:

Our full-service package is designed to fully prepare athletes for both the NFL Combine and individual pro days. Each day of the camp is strategically programmed with speed, strength, and on-field position training. When the athlete is not on the field, he is reviewing film to improve running techniques or in the conference room practicing interview techniques one-on-one with his individually-assigned coach. We believe strongly that being mentally prepared for the wonderlic test, television interviews and meetings with NFL personnel are just as crucial as your 40-yard-dash time.

College | High School Training

The college & high school training program is designed to develop athletes and provide the foundation of next level training. Our program will help the athlete increase speed and strength while decreasing an athlete's risk for injury during the season.
