THE FACILITY
The JLT Performance Training Facility is located in Hollywood, California. Our facility is 4,000 square feet equipt with: Olympic racks, free weights, indoor turf for speed and multi-directional movement training, and performance cardio equipment. JLT sports medicine team is on site full time and available to offer treatment and recovery services pre-and post-workout. Our holistic program allows our staff to monitor athletes’ nutritional needs and goals.
