The NFL off season training program is designed to increase speed and strength while decreasing an athlete’s risk for injury during the season. Each athlete will have their own customized training program and nutritional guideline based off their offseason goals. Once Training camp is completed, a strategic training and recovery program is set into place.

Personal training

JLT personal training program  is designed to motivate clients by reaching goals and providing feedback and accountability to clients. Each client will receive a fitness assessment prior to training to give us a better understanding of current level of fitness and provide a safe and effective exercise and fitness program design. All workouts are fun and challenging leaving you feeling accomplished after every session.

NFL Combine prep Training

Our full-service package is designed to fully prepare athletes for both the NFL
Combine and individual Pro Days.  Each day of the camp is strategically programed with speed, strength, and on-field position training. When the athlete is not on the field, he is reviewing film to improve running techniques or in the conference room practicing interview techniques one-on-one with his individually-assigned coach. We believe strongly that being mentally prepared for the Wonderlic test, television interviews and meetings with NFL personnel are just as crucial as your 40-yard-dash time. Sport specific training

The Jamal Liggin Training program is the standard in performance training for speed and strength. JLT training regimens are custom to every individual, primarily by the sport played, followed by the athlete's skill level and position.
